Cllr Philip Bullivant having served the last 5 years as Chairman has now been taken the role of VC Political, of Newton Abbot Conservative Association. Phil is also the County Councillor for Newton Abbot North division, District and Town councillor for Bradley ward Newton Abbot.

Phil is  also a trustee for Highweek Charities, Bradley Community Association and is a governor of Highweek Primary School.

Phil is also leader of the Conservative group on Teignbridge District council and holds the Devon County Council cabinet position with responsibility for Integrated Adult Social Care and Health.
